This week on myth busters - err, The Science of Work, we explore the blurred lines between our professional and personal lives. Is it a continual sacrifice without any balanced resolution? We sit down with researchers Dr. Kimberly French from Georgia Tech School of Psychology and Professor Russo from University of Bologna and Director of the Global MBA at Bologna Business School, Italy, to get answers to whether work/life balance is achievable and what we should be striving for.
